ONEticket makes it possible to send PDF print jobs to dozens of devices from multiple manufacturers using one interface. There’s no need to set up different tickets or use different printer drivers because ONEticket takes care of sending the PDF with the correct printing information for the device selected. This software works with devices from Sharp, Canon, Heidelberg, Hitachi, IKON, Kodak, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Xerox and others.
Easy.
Setting up the job ticket is as easy as choosing the pages in Acrobat and selecting the options to apply to the pages. This interactive approach makes learning how to use ONEticket very easy. Job ticket information, such as staple, plex, body paper and exit location, is saved in the PDF for printing later. Finishing commands, like paper exceptions, plex, chapters and page type, are also saved in the PDF at the page level.
Unique.
A unique feature ONEticket offers is tab page creation. Tabs are created using an interactive process from within in the document. So arranging the tabs is a snap. Editing a tab is a simple matter of selecting the tab and making the changes. Those changes are applied immediately. Imported pages can be converted to tabs with just the click of a button.
Complete.
ONEticket can add page numbers, dates, custom text and Bates numbering to any PDF at any location - on any combination of pages - and using any combination of stamps. The stamps added can be edited or easily removed. If your pages have unwanted text, images or artifacts you can mask them off on any range of pages or selected pages with one button. Presets exist to quickly remove common blemishes like 3-hole punch or GBC binding shadows and page numbers. A tool is also available to place white masking tape anywhere and at whatever size needed on a page.
Powerful.
Different PDF files can be combined, while maintaining their individuality, into one print job with finishing options specified for each file. This feature allows a printer that does not have subset finishing capability to accomplish this common printing task. After document and finishing options have been applied, the job-level and page-level commands embedded in the PDF can be quickly viewed and printed to send along to a outside vendor for further processing.
Economical.
Rounding out the long list of features of this economical solution is the ability to edit page sizes with trim marks, making document pads, changing the page order quickly and an Adobe-like tab based interface that allows the user to customize how they work.
